Greggs Wraps 2026
There are only three wraps on the Greggs menu right now, and one of them you probably can’t actually buy yet unless you’re in Yorkshire. Here’s exactly what’s on offer, what each one costs, and — crucially — where you can actually get hold of them.
All three Greggs wraps, side by side
Greggs’ “wraps” aren’t all the same thing, which trips people up — one’s a flaky pastry parcel, one’s a genuine tortilla wrap, and the newest one is still a trial rather than a proper UK-wide menu item. Here’s the whole line-up at a glance:
| Wrap | Price (standard store) | Calories | Availability |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bacon & Cheese Wrap | £2.40 | 385 kcal | Nationwide |
| BBQ Chicken Wrap | From £3.80 | ~480–540 kcal | Nationwide |
| Hot Breakfast Wrap | £3.95 | 607 kcal | Trial — ~82 Yorkshire shops |
Prices shown are for a standard high-street store. City/London and franchise or travel-hub branches run higher — see the pricing breakdown further down. Eating in adds 20% VAT on top of the take-away price shown for any of these.
Bacon & Cheese Wrap — the everyday one
This is the wrap most people mean when they just say “a Greggs wrap” — crispy back bacon and Cheddar cheese, but tucked into flaky puff pastry rather than a soft tortilla, so it eats more like a savoury pastry than a lunchtime wrap. At £2.40 and 385 kcal for a 98g portion, it sits comfortably in Greggs’ breakfast-and-bakes bracket rather than the lunch menu, and it’s available at every standard UK shop, not just a handful of trial locations.
BBQ Chicken Wrap — the newer lunch option
Launched back in February 2026, the BBQ Chicken Wrap is Greggs’ answer to the smoky-chicken-wrap format you’ll find at most of the big coffee chains, starting from £3.80 and landing somewhere around 480–540 kcal depending on exactly how it’s made up on the day. It’s a proper lunch-time contender rather than a breakfast item, and — unlike the Hot Breakfast Wrap below — it’s rolled out across the country rather than being stuck in trial limbo.
Hot Breakfast Wrap — the one you might not be able to get
This is the wrap worth reading about before you go looking for one. Launched in April 2026, the Hot Breakfast Wrap packs sausage, bacon, cheesy omelette, hash brown and Cheddar into an actual tortilla wrap — genuinely the most substantial breakfast item Greggs sells. At £3.95 standalone and 607 kcal for a 224.6g wrap, it’s also the priciest and most calorific of the three.
Still a trial, not a national launch. Unlike most new Greggs products — which tend to go nationwide from day one — the Hot Breakfast Wrap has stayed limited to roughly 82 shops across Yorkshire since its April 2026 launch, with no confirmed date for a wider UK rollout. If you’re outside Yorkshire, check the Greggs app or call ahead before making a special trip, since your local shop may simply not stock it yet.
Where it is available, you can also get it as part of a Breakfast Deal bundled with a hot drink, orange juice or water — that combination runs from £4.70, noticeably more than the standard £3.25 Breakfast Deal, reflecting how much bigger this wrap is than a typical breakfast roll.
How the wraps compare on price by store type
Like everything else on the Greggs menu, wrap prices shift depending on where you’re buying — standard high-street shops are cheapest, city and London branches run higher, and franchise or travel-hub locations (motorway services, airports, train stations) are priciest of all.
| Wrap | Standard | City / London | Franchise / Airport |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bacon & Cheese Wrap | £2.40 | ~£2.85 | ~£3.15 |
| BBQ Chicken Wrap | £3.80 | ~£4.50 | ~£4.75 |
| Hot Breakfast Wrap | £3.95 | £4.74 | £4.94 |
City/London and franchise figures for the Bacon & Cheese and BBQ Chicken wraps are estimated using Greggs’ typical tier increases where an exact published figure isn’t available; the Hot Breakfast Wrap’s tier prices are directly confirmed.
Calories, side by side
Worth flagging if you’re calorie-counting: the Hot Breakfast Wrap at 607 kcal is genuinely one of the heaviest single items on the whole Greggs breakfast menu — more than a Sausage Roll and a coffee combined.
