Greggs’ 2026 iced drinks menu runs from a £2.10 Iced Americano to a £3.60 flavoured Iced Matcha Latte, with lemonades at £2.40–£2.75 and the Classic matcha from £2.65 at standard stores. Syns are community-style estimates using Slimming World’s public ~20 kcal per Syn guide, exactly as our Greggs Syns guide calculates them. Chilled Ready-to-Drink Latte and Caramel Latte cartons (£1.90 each) sit in the fridge cabinet year-round if you want cold without the queue.
The matcha range in full: four flavours, real numbers
The range that started all this landed on Thursday 5 February 2026, with Blueberry joining in late June. It’s one size only — a 12oz cup over ice — which keeps the ordering simple even if it removes the “go on then, large” temptation.
- Classic (100 kcal, £2.65): matcha and semi-skimmed milk, the least sweet of the four and the one matcha sceptics tolerate best.
- Vanilla (140 kcal, £3.60): adds vanilla syrup with sugar and sweetener; rounder, softer.
- Strawberry (149 kcal, £3.60): the sweetest — basically a strawberry milkshake with a matcha kick, and I say that affectionately.
- Blueberry (134 kcal, £3.60): matcha, semi-skimmed milk and a blueberry flavour syrup — fruity and slightly tart, and only available in shops fitted with ice machines.

Cherry specials, autumn surprises and what’s year-round
The cherry pair launched in March 2026 and did exactly what Greggs hoped: got people photographing lemonade. The Cherry Lemonade is the lighter of the two at 57 kcal; the Cherry & Mango Cooler (also seen on Greggs’ own summer menu as “Cherry Mango Lemonade”) adds real mango purée for 80 kcal. One practical caveat — both need a branch with the ice-machine setup, so smaller kiosks often don’t stock them.
Beyond the cherry wave, Greggs’ own summer round-ups have also rotated a Mango & Strawberry Cooler and a Strawberries & Cream Refresher through the cabinet, and the September 2026 nutrition sheet confirms an autumn treat: a Pumpkin Spice Iced Matcha Latte with Salted Caramel Drizzle, around 156 kcal. Seasonal means seasonal, though — if you’ve got a favourite, drink it while it’s on.
- Year-round: Iced Americano, Iced Latte, Iced Salted Caramel Latte, the four matchas, Cloudy Lemonade, plus the RTD cartons.
- Spring / summer: Cherry Lemonade, Cherry & Mango Cooler.

What you’ll actually pay: the three pricing tiers
Greggs prices in three tiers: standard high-street stores, City and London branches, and franchise sites — mostly airports and motorway services. The gap on cold drinks ranges from about 25p on the cheapest items to nearly £1 on the flavoured matcha range. Across the whole menu, our own tracking (see London Prices vs Rest of the UK) puts City and London branches roughly 11–20% above standard prices, with airport and motorway sites running about 30–42% higher. This is where the iced menu splits into two very different hobbies: the fruit-and-tea end, which is basically flavoured cold water, and the cream-topped coffee end, which is dessert wearing a straw.

If sugar’s the number you’re watching rather than calories, the NHS’s plain-English sugar: the facts page is the sane reference point for what a 19g drink means inside a day’s limits. For context, a Cherry Lemonade is under 3% of a 2,000 kcal reference intake; an Iced Mocha is 12% of it before lunch.
Slimming World Syns (and a word on WW points)
Let’s be upfront about how these work, because most lists online pretend otherwise: Slimming World doesn’t officially publish Syn values for Greggs. Every credible figure — including the Syn column in the table above — is calculated from Greggs’ own calorie data using the public guide of roughly 20 kcal per Syn, rounded to the nearest half. The practical takeaway: the fruity end of the iced menu is genuinely plan-friendly. A Peach Iced Tea is effectively free of Syns, a Cherry Lemonade or Cloudy Lemonade is about 3, and even a Classic Iced Matcha lands around 5 — less than a third of a sausage roll’s 17.5. The cream-topped end is where plans go to die: 11–12 Syns for an Iced Chocolate or Iced Mocha is a meal’s worth of allowance in a cup.

Deals, app freebies and the meal-deal rules
- New to the Greggs app? Registration has repeatedly come with a free hot or iced drink — the cheapest possible way to taste-test the matcha.
- Meal deals: don’t assume your iced drink is included at the base price. Greggs’ own wording prices iced drinks as a 60p upgrade on a deal, and specialty iced lattes — the matcha range included — as roughly £1.20 extra. Still usually beats buying separately, just not by as much as you’d hope.
- Bank and network perks: O2 Priority and Monzo Perks both run rotating free-drink offers at Greggs. Ten seconds of tapping before you queue.
- Click + Collect: same price as the counter, no delivery fee, and it shows real-time stock — handy for the ice-machine-dependent cherry drinks.

The 25p reusable-cup discount applies to hot drinks across all Greggs location types. Some branches extend it to the iced range at their own discretion, most don’t. Ask once, remember the answer, stop being disappointed at the till.
